Information the site is designed to collect

The inquiry forms are designed to collect a name, email address, phone number, state, vehicle description and message. Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment details, driver's-license images or other sensitive documents. The delivered website does not provide file uploads.

The hosting server may record technical information such as an IP address, requested page, time, browser details and errors. Limited technical data may also be used to protect forms against repeated or abusive submissions. The operator must confirm host logging, access and retention settings.

Purpose, delivery and service providers

Information submitted through an enabled form is intended to support a response to the inquiry, evaluate whether further insurance discussion is appropriate and protect the website from abuse. Quote requests are submitted through an embedded Jotform form. Jotform processes those submissions on behalf of the operator. The separate contact form requires its own configured and tested email service.

Hostinger is the intended hosting provider. The operator must identify the actual email provider and any downstream customer-management or insurance systems before using them. Information should be disclosed to a prospective insurer or other service provider only through the operator's authorized workflow and with any notice or permission required for that use.

Cookies and third-party features

The quote page embeds a form hosted by Jotform and loads its form-resizing script. Loading or using that form involves requests to Jotform, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and process the information you submit. This build does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Essential session cookies may be used for protected publishing and the separate contact form.

Retention, security and requests

Before launch, the operator must set and document retention periods for inquiry email, any customer-management records, security records, hosting logs and backups. This draft does not invent a deletion schedule or promise immediate deletion from every backup.

Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a business need. The delivery method, mailbox security and backup protections must be reviewed. No website or email system can promise absolute security.

A verified privacy-request contact and the process for identity verification, access, correction, deletion and other applicable requests must be published before launch. Do not send a sensitive privacy request to an unconfigured website form.
